Building Update!

Work on site has continued to progress well as we head towards the end of summer.

On the main site, the main concrete stairs have been poured allowing us to get a sense of the ground floor. The ground around the south of the house has also been reduced to floor level and work has begun on building the stairs up to the south terrace.

With the block and beam due to arrive shortly allowing for work on the ground floor to begin, the pace on the main site should pick up rapidly over the next couple of months.

In the Boathouse, the terrace is now ready for the installation of the decking, with the joiners due to start work on the installation of the doors and balustrade shortly. In addition, the plumbing and pipe work for the boathouse has now been finished.
