Building Update 17

Building update!

Despite the recent storms, the progress on site has continued at a good pace.

On the main house, the screed has been now been poured on the upper floor ready for the flooring to be fitted. With the rooms now empty, the kitchen and upper lounge feel enormous!

In the boathouse, the wall and pendant lights have been fitted, with the rear bar due to be painted shortly. Outside, the new slipway has been poured with construction starting on the wooden steps.

Finally, the swimming pool shell has now been completed ready for rendering and work has begun on constructing the stone feature wall and waterfall.
