Building Update 22

Building update!

As we head into the final stages of the build, the progress is moving at a frantic pace!

Inside the house, following the plastering of the walls, we have now been able to start painting the walls with the wooden flooring due to be installed next week. In the bathrooms, we have also started fitting the feature walls and floor tiles. Being able to see the final finishes starting to go in is incredibly exciting!

In the plant room, the installation of the equipment is also nearing completion - the scale of the engineering is pretty incredible!

In the outside areas, with the tiling of the floor completed, the swimming pool is now finished with the scaffolding due to come down next week! Behind the Boathouse, the hot tub has now been installed and the formation of the fire pit seating area is nearing completion ready for microcemeting! In addition, the glass balustrade has been installed on the south terrace and the new boathouse stairs built.
