Building Update 6

It’s been another busy month on site!
In the Boathouse, the supporting steels have been installed, allowing for construction to begin on the 2nd floor. We are hopeful that first fix on the Boathouse will be completed in June.
On the main site, the foundations and external walls have been completed for the remainder of the ground floor, with the internal block work progressing well.
In addition, the solar panel array has been installed on the garage, which will allow us to sustainably meet the houses electricity requirements for large parts of the year.
